| GORAN RENTALS LEASE TERMS

Sorry but we do not do six month leases. Our leases run one year August to August, as most do in our town with three colleges.
On occasion we will have people in need of summer subleases or semester subleases.
The busiest advertising time in Columbia for College Rentals is between Spring Break and Mid May (when a majority of students head home for the summer) - so if your looking for larger units 3 or 4 bdrms shop early because they go first and fast, this also includes any size nice "near" campus units. MU has their school newspaper The Maneater where lots of landlords advertise in the classifieds, also The Missourian (MU Students) and the local paper The Columbia Daily Tribune.
